4. Payments and Royalties

• Buyers: You agree to pay the fees for any content you license, as outlined in our pricing plans. All sales are final unless otherwise stated, but we may issue refunds at our discretion.
• Contributors: You’ll earn royalties for each sale of your content, based on our royalty schedule (available in your contributor dashboard). Payments are processed monthly, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold. We may withhold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The Shock-Envision website, including its design, logos, and technology, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or use it without permission.
